About Us

The Customer Asset Resource Enabling System (CARE System) enables better transactions between property owners or managers and the service providers who fix, maintain, remodel and upgrade their buildings, facilities and grounds. Our goals are to help all parties involved with the stewardship of the built places where we work, live and play to become happier, healthier, wealthier, more sustainable and increasingly resilient to the increasing rapidly changing economic and environmental conditions.

We are passionate about making substantial changes to the buildings that create 40% of global CO2 emissions and the construction industry that produces 600,000,000 of tons of waste per year that not only cost service providers and property owners less, but also earn them more and make their lives and businesses better over time. The CARE System is supported by partners Resilience Developers LLC out of Tucson Arizona, and Armia Systems out of Chicago. Resilience Developers is a test-bed contracting company who also provides day-to-day administration and customer support for the CARE System. Armia Systems is the innovative and experienced software developer who keeps the CARE System and database in top form.

We believe in addressing whole-systems, even when it is difficult. That includes the incredibly complex and impactful systems of infrastructure, machines, supply chains, best practices, information management, technologies and, most importantly, people all interacting to create the built places where we experience most of our lives.
